Yes, because I am willing to travel further than most, there isn’t a standard call out fee which can often be unfair. 

Instead, I use a distance-based rate of $0.60 per kilometer from my home in Crestmead central. 

Travel Fee examples. (approx) 

• Brisbane $15

• Gold coast $25

• Sunshine coast $70

Once you book and we have access to your address we add this surcharge manually.

No power is required. Our setup is fully self-powered with a quiet 6500W inverter generator.

• All we require is access to a standard water supply.

• We bring our own hoses and specialised fittings to connect.

Never!

No judgment here, we deal with dropped lunch snacks, sticky lollies, and mystery spills every day. Just grab your valuables and we'll take care of the rest. 

It’s definitely best if you take out your valuables beforehand. We do empty the car before we blow it out and vacuum, and if we spot anything important, we’ll always set it aside for you.

That said, if you’ve lost something small in the car and don't let us know, there's always a chance it could get sucked up by the vacuum. 

As long as there is enough room to fully open the vehicle doors and safe access to a water source, we can make it work! If you are unsure about your space or apartment rules, just let us know when booking. 

We can set up our professional gazebo to keep the vehicle covered while we work  

• If you do have undercover space and don't plan on driving the vehicle right away we can still do the job or if you'd prefer to wait for better weather, we can reschedule using your current deposit.

A $25 deposit is required to secure your booking. this helps us manage our schedule fairly for all customers.
